I stayed in a lovely beautiful room. It included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. the room also featured elegant grand hotel-style furniture. the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt very serene, a sweet dream!
The check-in was a bit long. Nobody acknowledged me initially.

The beautiful room was large and well-appointed. It offered a comfortable and luxurious experience. rich wood finishes add to the regal feel. Classic lighting complements the refined design. every detail was considered with love.

The breakfast deserves special mention. Pastries were really good, especially knowing they were made on site. the terrace offered a great space to sit in the sun and have a drink. a classic design conveyed a strong sense of history.

The staff offered warm hospitality and paid great attention to detail (i really felt welcome). my room included every comfort i needed and was very spacious. the location was ideal. I could easily reach many major attractions.
the room's temperature was consistently warm, and the air conditioning did not seem to function. i reported this, but the temperature remained unchanged. this affected my sleep quality.

I stayed for a few nights, and the staff were very attentive, particularly in the lobby lounge. Emily, henrietta, sari and vincent were some of the best staff i have encountered. the room was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. i found the location ideal for visiting many attractions. it was certainly a special treat, and i didn't mind splashing out.

Breakfast offered numerous choices to please everyone. The food selection was excellent, accompanied by kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Fresh fruits were replenished regularly. The bar offers an elegant atmosphere.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (, made my mornings!). the breakfast buffet offered numerous choices, including fresh pastries and local cheeses. i appreciated the swift and courteous check-in process. i also secured a three-hour guide for the reichstag for only 120 euros.

the location was great for seeing the city's main sights.
The service felt inconsistent (i waited a long time to check in). i booked a room with breakfast included, but i had to argue with the staff each morning to get it. the lobby bar also had very slow service. I think they need more staff.
